Used by thousands of industry professionals, the Connect mounting system for flat roofs by Sun Ballast guarantees maximum wind resistance while reducing loads on building roofs. The system is a grid type, with each ballast connected to all the others in a single network of structures. This ensures a well-balanced weight distribution across the entire surface, and stability is maintained even in strong winds.

Like all Sun Ballast mounts, the Connect system does not require any drilling and can be used quickly and easily on any type of flat roof, from gravel to membrane or concrete. This 39 kW system was installed in Onara (PD) by our client Unosolare using the 10° version: the three different mounting structures that make up the system are available with inclinations from 5° to 30° and already contain M8 inserts. To install the PV system, simply place the ballasts on the surface, position the modules, tighten the clamps, and proceed with the electrical connections.
