Sun Ballast’s Connect system is a simple, quick-to-install solution with very high resistance to wind loads: in this special configuration, the concrete ballasts are in fact connected to each other in a single grid, offering high strength, balancing the loads on the roof better and reducing the overall weight of the PV system.

The 20 kWp one visible in the photo was assembled in Giulianova (Teramo) by Teknogroup Srl with the 15° version of the Connect system on a flat sheathing roof: the installation of the ballasts, not requiring any fixing holes, was carried out quickly and without causing any damage to the protective sheathing layer.

Available in a wide range of inclinations (from 5° to 30°) and consisting of three different ballasts (front, middle and end), Sun Ballast’s Connect system ensures a low load on the roof while offering the highest level of tightness and stability even in strong wind gusts.
