27 kWp
3°
This 27 kW photovoltaic system was installed by our client, SunEnergy, on the flat roof of a residential building in Carvoeiro, Portugal. The use of Sun Ballast support structures made all phases of the installation faster and easier.
The fixation system with concrete ballasts consists of a single pre-assembled element, eliminating the need for complex metallic components. This reduces both installation time and costs to a minimum, allowing for straightforward mounting on any type of flat surface. In the photo, the system is installed on both a paved roof and a membrane-covered roof.
The Sun Ballast concrete structures allow for no roof penetration. Simply place the support structure and secure the photovoltaic modules using the bushings pre-installed in the reinforced concrete. The Single-Row system, shown here with a 3° tilt, is available in angles up to 30°. It supports both horizontal and vertical module orientation (as shown in the photo) and is compatible with a wide range of accessories, making it versatile for any design requirement.
