This 60 kW photovoltaic system was installed by our customer Solenergy2m s.r.l. in Andria (Puglia). Thanks to Sun Ballast mounting systems, the installation was completed easily and without difficulty. The mounting system for flat roofs does not require any penetration on the cover, as the support structures can simply be placed on any type of roofing material, whether membrane, pavement, gravel, or a green roof.

For this installation, the Single-Row 5° mounting system was used. This system allows for quick modularity in both length and row spacing, optimizing the layout based on the roof obstacles and weight distribution. The structures that make up this mounting system are available with a range of tilt angles from 0° to 30°, and can accommodate panels in portrait (long-side fixation) or landscape (short-side fixation). Moreover, the 5° and 10° models are available in different heights from the ground, making them suitable for both single-row installations and reticular system (Sail configuration).

As in this project, these structures allow for roof obstacles to be easily bypassed by positioning the photovoltaic modules above them. Like all Sun Ballast concrete support structures, the ones used in this photovoltaic plant integrate M8 bushings for fixation, ensuring an easy and fast mounting process with high wind resistance, stability, and resistance to corrosion. The presence of a metal core/rebar reinforced structure ensures long-term stability and excellent load distribution on the building coverage.
