The installation of photovoltaic systems on industrial plants is an increasingly convenient option for companies: the possibility of the stabilization of electricity supply is a big advantage, and installations made on the large flat surfaces of warehouses often reach significant powers.
The one carried out by Riva Impianti S.r.l. on this industrial plant in Lonigo (VI) reached 210 kWp, and thanks to Sun Ballast’s support systems, the completion times agreed with the end customer were met with great ease.
Requiring no fixing operations, Sun Ballast structures in fact make it possible to reduce assembly time by more than 30%, ensuring maximum ease of installation on any type of flat surface.
Speed and simplicity are not the only advantages, however: with Sun Ballast’s Connect system, wind resistance is in fact extremely high, and the system is stable and durable even in the most intense gusts. By uniting all the structures into a single collaborating grid, the Connect system-here in the 10° version-in fact, allows loads to be distributed in a perfectly balanced way over the entire roof, guaranteeing the best wind resistance in all weather conditions. Composed of three different ballasts – front, middle, end – the Connect system is available in numerous versions, and is a simple, solid and cost-effective solution for all installations made on industrial buildings and commercial establishments.
