This 46 kW photovoltaic system was installed by our client Power Service in Bratislava (Slovakia) on a gravel-covered roof. Thanks to Sun Ballast’s innovative mounting system, both the design and installation were completed easily and efficiently.Our concrete support structure eliminates the need for roof penetration, ensuring the building coverage remains intact.

The bushings for panel fixation are pre-installed, and the metal core-reinforced concrete blocks arrive pre-assembled, requiring no additional mounting effort. For this photovoltaic plant, the Single-Row 30° system was used, offering a versatile solution with adjustable row lengths and spacing to optimize shading and maximize space usage.  This system ensures optimized weight distribution and roof load management, making it ideal for installations on flat roofs with obstacles such as gravel, green roofs, or industrial building membranes.

The Single-Row system is available in a wide range of tilt angles (from 0° to 30°) and guarantees wind resistance, stability, and high resistance to corrosion.

Like all Sun Ballast racking systems, it combines ease of installation with long-term durability, ensuring optimal performance under various environmental conditions.
