Designed to maximize even the smallest surfaces of residential buildings, the support structures for photovoltaic panels on flat roofs from the Sun Ballast Sail system offer a practical and fast installation solution. The concrete ballast for photovoltaic systems requires no roof penetration or the use of complex metal components. This makes the mounting phases much easier, and the freedom of movement allows for easy handling of roof obstacles.
The Sail system includes concrete ballast at different heights, allowing rows of solar modules to be placed next to each other without shading, optimizing space management. Depending on the characteristics of the building coverage, these photovoltaic structures can also be used for placing single rows, with flexible spacing and the option to select the height best suited for the system.
The 7 kW photovoltaic system shown in the photo was installed by our client, Oléron Sous le Soleil 17, on a modern residential building in Riantec, France. The result? A professionally installed solar system on a flat roof, ensuring not only high energy production but also the highest levels of stability, wind resistance, and reliability.
