Who wouldn’t like to wake up at sunrise with a sea view? Immersed in a beautiful landscape offered by nature, a photovoltaic system with Connect Sun Ballast was installed.
Placed on the flat roof of a supermarket in Tenerife, Spain’s largest island, the Connect system not only makes the system extremely resistant to wind loads, withstanding directional winds of up to 150 km/h, but also with a very low roof load, thanks to its lattice structure, in which the ballasts are connected to each other, which distributes the weight evenly across the entire ceiling.
In addition, to further maximise strength and after assessing the specific characteristics of the site and the roof to be installed, our technical department chose to add additional U-shaped weights to the design, specifically designed to have a perfect fit on the ballasts, without the need for any fixing holes.
Ultra-strong ballasts that are quick and easy to install, perfect to satisfy our customer Multisistemas E2 who obtained a 77 kwp clean energy plant.
