61 kWp
10°
Made in the province of Isernia by our client Italsistema, this 61 kW photovoltaic system was installed with Sun Ballast support structures for flat roof photovoltaic panels, and the characteristics of the concrete ballast allowed the work to be completed easily and quickly.
The photovoltaic ballast weights enable the fixation of the photovoltaic panels without the need for roof penetration and are simply placed – without causing any damage – on any roofing material. In this case, the structures were installed on a gravel surface, positioning the modules with an East-West orientation, an excellent solution when the goal is to maximize the available space on the building.
With Sun Ballast, it is also possible to create East-West systems with a wide range of ballast weights, variable both in height from the ground and in tilt, depending on the specific requirements of the system.
For the system visible in the photo, the 10° version was used, fixing some panels on the short side and others on the long side: the ballasts allow the modules to be placed both in “portrait” and “landscape” orientation, while also adjusting the distance between rows based on the roof layout, shading, and any potential roof obstacles.
