A large space with a multitude of obstacles: what better choice than the Vela Sun Ballast system?
This beautiful installation on a flat roof covered with sheathing was realized by our customer GMA Impianti Elettrici S.r.l. Thanks to the support of the technical office Sun Ballast, our customer chose to install the 5° inclined Vela system, which can reach up to a maximum of 6 rows installed one behind the other but which can also be installed individually if necessary.

The Vela Sun Ballast system is particularly suitable for use on small roofs, because it allows you to make the most of the little space you have available by eliminating all the empty spaces usually left between the rows of modules. But it is also perfect, as in the case of this installation, as a solution for large roofs scattered with obstacles that therefore greatly reduce the space available for the construction of the plant.

The 6 rows of panels fit perfectly into the space between one obstacle and the other, succeeding despite these problems to reach a total production of 18 kWp of renewable energy.
