The space available for the construction of a photovoltaic system is always an aspect that should not be underestimated during the design, especially if there are obstacles on the roof and you want to achieve the production objectives required by the end customer.
The 5 ° ballasts of the Sun Ballast Vela system are the optimal solution for installations on small roofs. It is a system capable of making the most of all the available space, thanks to its sail shape where the ballasts are positioned one after the other without having to leave free spaces that are usually left due to shading.
It is possible to install up to 6 rows of panels consecutively for the 5 ° inclination and up to 3 consecutive rows for the 11 ° inclinations. However, this positioning does not translate into little flexibility, because in the event of obstacles it is possible to interrupt the rows quickly and easily.
To further increase the resistance of the entire plant, 30 kg “U” weights were added which allowed GE GROUP SRL to obtain solidity, high wind resistance and efficiency with a productivity capable of reaching up to 10.66 kWp of renewable energy.
