30 kWp
10°
This 30 kWp flat roof photovoltaic system was built by our client G.M. srl in Laterina Pergine Valdarno, in the province of Arezzo. The use of Sun Ballast mounting systems for photovoltaics allowed for a simple and quick installation, reducing installation times and simplifying all assembly phases. The structures – here the 10° version was used – do not require any type of fastening to the roof: just place them without making any holes, tighten the clamps on the M8 bushings pre-inserted in the concrete, and proceed with the electrical connections.
The Single-Row system photovoltaic panel weights are available in a wide range of inclinations (from 0° to 30°) and – as seen in the photos – allow the modules to be fixed either in portrait (on the short side) or landscape (on the long side), depending on the requirements and characteristics of the system.
Not requiring any anchoring, the ballasts can be placed on any type of surface, and they also allow for quick modulation of the length and distance between rows of modules: a great advantage that not only speeds up all assembly phases but also accelerates the management of obstacles (chimneys, skylights, etc.) often present on the flat roofs of warehouses and residential buildings.
