The grid structure of the Sun Ballast Connect system, made up of a front, central and terminal ballast, makes it a really resistant photovoltaic module system, with wind resistance even reaching figures in excess of 150 km/h. These results were obtained after testing the mounts in a wind tunnel.
And this is precisely the system used, with an inclination of 15°, for the installation of the photovoltaic system that can be seen in the photo, divided over two flat roofs and created by our customer FULLSUN (GRUPO CASLI) Y MICRON SOLUCIONES INTEGRALES , SL in Madrid, Spain.
Another special feature of this system, in addition to the wind resistance, is that it is very simple and quick to install, it does not require holes to be fixed to the roofing and in order not to damage the latter, protective sheaths are used under the ballasts we provide. Furthermore, its shape allows the weight to be distributed evenly over the entire surface, thus maintaining limited loads on the roof.
With great satisfaction on the part of our customer, the result is a photovoltaic system that responds perfectly to production needs, in fact it is capable of producing up to 10 kwp of clean energy.
