Immersed in the fantastic scenery of the Aosta Valley, this beautiful plant was realized by our customer F.Im.El. di Fasciolo Marco thanks to the structures of the Sun Ballast Standard system with a 30° inclination.
These high inclinations can be useful in areas particularly prone to snow. The inclination of the panel allows snow to slide off and frees the panel from the snow faster, thereby avoiding a possible loss of power.
In addition, in this case the incredible versatility of the Standard Sun Ballast system made it possible to take into account the unique characteristics of this structure: the obstacles present were very easily circumvented. Additionally, a sheath was used to cover the roof, but was not fixed by drilling.
This sheath is often used to protect the surface and make it more waterproof, so it is particularly important not to perforate it when installing the photovoltaic system.
Sun Ballast systems are perfect precisely because it is not necessary to drill holes in the support surface to install them. Stability, versatility and efficiency are the fundamental characteristics that made it possible to realize this installation producing 17.2 kW of renewable energy.
