Our customer Energy Italy SPA was able to build a small, rather productive photovoltaic system on the flat paved roof of a house thanks to the Vela Sun Ballast system with 5 ° inclination.

The space available on which to carry out the installation was limited and with high parapets that created shading, which is why the intervention of our Technical Department, for the choice of the optimal system, was fundamental. After careful calculations carried out with great experience and professionalism, the decision fell on the Vela system.

The Vela system is perfect for its shape in the case of small spaces as the panels are laid consecutively one to the other up to a maximum of 6 rows for 5 ° inclinations and 3 rows for inclinations 11 °, leaving no empty space between one row and another that is usually left due to shadows. This allows you to optimize space and makes it possible to self-produce clean energy even in small areas like this one.

Finally, the Sun Ballast weights are simply placed on the ground without the need for holes to fix them, this allows not to damage the floor and to obtain a grandiose photovoltaic system like this, capable of producing up to 6 Kwp of green energy.
