This 20 kW photovoltaic system was installed by our client Elettronet on a paved flat roof, and thanks to Sun Ballast’s concrete ballasts, the mounting was completed quickly and easily, adapting the arrangement of the panels to the building’s characteristics. Sun Ballast photovoltaic structures do not require any roof penetration for anchoring; they are simply placed on the roof surface.

The Single-Row 10° mounting system used for this installation allows for adjusting both the row length and the distance between rows, greatly simplifying the management of obstacles on the roof. The structures that make up the Single-Row system are available with tilt angles from 0° to 30° and allow for mounting the modules on either the long or short side.

Like all Sun Ballast mounting systems, the concrete ballasts of the Single-Row 10° also contain integrated M8 fixation bushings and a metal core for extra reinforcement, making the installation of photovoltaic systems on flat roofs much faster.
