Installed by DMT Group on a residential complex in Casoria (Naples), this flat-roof photovoltaic system reached 30kW of power, and thanks to the Sun Ballast photovoltaic panel structures, the assembly was completed without any difficulty. The Sun Ballast systems do not require any fixing holes and can be moved with great flexibility according to the roof’s characteristics.

For this system, a special version of the 0° photovoltaic ballast was selected, one of many available: in addition to the many models with inclinations from 0° to 30°, the Single-File systems range also includes some versions with different heights from the ground. The ability to vary this parameter can be very helpful in many situations, such as in the presence of certain obstacles or on green roofs, where it is necessary to maintain a distance between the modules and the vegetation layer.

The 0° ballast used for this system also provides some particular advantages: positioning the panels flush with the roof allows for zero distance between the rows, optimizing the available space. Like all Sun Ballast photovoltaic ballasts, the Single-Row 0° also offers maximum resistance to wind loads, ensuring a high level of safety and reliability for photovoltaic systems.
