Sun Ballast’s Connect system offers a simple, lightweight and extremely stable solution: in fact, in this construction the concrete ballasts are connected to each other in a single grid, and the distribution of loads on the roof is perfectly balanced.
The high level of tightness also makes it possible to use even lighter structures, reducing the overall weight of the installation and ensuring compliance with safety regulations for all building types.

The 54 kWp PV system visible in the photo was built on an industrial plant in Naples by DMT Group, using the 5th version of the Connect system integrated with the No-Flex system: in fact, the use of large panels required special attention to wind resistance, and thanks to the No-Flex system the installation was even more solid.

In fact, the special bracket inserted on the additional ballast makes it possible to increase the support points from 4 to 6, increasing structural strength while meeting all the support parameters specified by panel manufacturers. In this way the risk of central bending is reduced to zero, and the stability of the system is guaranteed even in strong gusts of wind.
