Realized by Cantiè S.r.l. on the flat roofs of a large resort in San Teodoro (SS), this photovoltaic system has reached an impressive 209 kW of power, and thanks to Sun Ballast’s photovoltaic ballasts, the installation was carried out with great ease. The use of the Single-Row 0° and 3° system has indeed allowed to simplify all assembly operations to the maximum, making the installation of structures and the fixing of panels much faster.

The Single-Row system range includes models from 0° to 30° of inclination, offering designers and installers of PV systems on flat roofs a practical solution suitable for every need. For example, the 0° ballast used for this installation provides specific advantages: fixing the panels in a coplanar manner with respect to the roof (in this case also slightly inclined) allows to completely eliminate the distance between the rows, optimizing the available space to the maximum and covering the roof surface completely with PV modules.

The photovoltaic ballasts of the Single-Row 0° and 3° system – like all Sun Ballast solutions – ensure high wind resistance, do not require any fixing holes, and are compatible with any type of flat surface (gravel, membranes, concrete, etc.). The fixing bushings are also already pre-inserted in the structure: in this way, once the panel is placed, just tighten the clips and the assembly is completed.
