Making intelligent use of the available area on a flat surface, especially if it is small in size, to create an efficient and productive photovoltaic system is simple with the support solutions for photovoltaic modules that Sun Ballast offers.
The perfect system in this case is the Vela system, designed to maximize the available space, thanks to its shape that looks like a real sail and leaves no installation space between one panel and the other (space that is usually left free) to avoid any shading.
For a maximum of six consecutive rows at 5° inclination such as the installation in question and a maximum of 3 consecutive rows at 11° inclination, it is also a very versatile system: in the event of obstacles on the roof it is simple to interrupt the rows of panels.
Our technical department, after careful evaluations, has chosen to add some practical U-shaped weights to the ballast. These weights are simple to install and, with a weight of 30 kg, are useful for further increasing the solidity and wind resistance of the system.
Extremely modular, resistant and efficient, this photovoltaic system built by our customer BS Costruzioni S.r.l. it is capable of producing up to 21.84 kWp of renewable energy.
