This system of over 25 kW was installed on the sheathed roof of an industrial plant, and thanks to Sun Ballast systems the installation was carried out with ease, respecting the installation time agreed with the end customer.

In fact, the Standard system-here used in the 10° version-ensures quick and easy installation on any type of flat surface, and since it does not require any fasteners, it allows for rapid progress even with delicate roofing such as sheathing and flooring. The possibility of adjusting both the length and the distance between rows also makes it possible to adapt the configuration of the system to that of the roof, easily bypassing obstacles and optimizing the available surface area.

The photovoltaic system in the photo was realized in Fano (PU) by our client BM Impianti and – considering the large size of the panels – the Sun Ballast Technical Department suggested the integration of No-Flex, the innovative system dedicated to large panels: thanks to the insertion of a special bracket on the additional ballast, the fixing points increase from 4 to 6, precisely respecting all the support parameters indicated by the manufacturers. In this way, being fixed also on the central part of the frame, large panels are much more stable and resistant, and the wind resistance is very high even in strong gusts.
