This 19.5 kWp photovoltaic system was installed by our client Amati S.p.a. on a flat membrane roof in Modena (Italy), and the Sun Ballast photovoltaic ballasts enabled all phases of the assembly to be completed quickly, easily, and precisely. Since they do not require any fixing holes, the structures were placed on the roof without damaging the slate membrane on the surface.

The M8 fixing inserts, already present within the ballast, provide the modules with a solid, secure, and quick anchoring: simply lay the panel, insert the clamp, and proceed with the electrical connections. This system was installed with the Single-Row 5°.2 system, a simple and versatile solution particularly useful on roofs with many obstacles: satellite dishes, chimneys, safety lines, and skylights can make the installation lengthy and complicated, and the ability to freely modulate both the length and distance between the rows of panels offers a great advantage during both installation and design.

The Single-Row ballast range consists of numerous models (from 0° to 30°), and the 5° and 10° versions are also available with different heights from the ground.
