57 kWp
10°
Installed in Geneva (Switzerland) by our client Agrola SA, this photovoltaic system on a flat roof was built on a gravel-covered surface. Thanks to Sun Ballast’s East-West 10° system, the installation was carried out quickly and easily. Requiring no anchor holes, the photovoltaic panel structures can be quickly placed on any type of surface (gravel, concrete, pavements, membranes, etc.), minimizing installation times and simplifying all assembly phases.
The 57 kW system visible in the photo was made with one of the many available versions: the East-West system can be assembled with a range of ballasts from 3° to 30°, and is installed by placing the ballasts in opposing pairs. In addition to increasing the hours of light exposure, the dual orientation of the rows eliminates the spaces between the panels, making full use of the roof surface and ensuring high efficiency.
In this way, even small spaces can offer good levels of productivity, and thanks to the simplicity of the photovoltaic panel structures and the reduction in labor time, the installation costs are also more sustainable and convenient.
