Sun Ballast photovoltaic ballasts can be used on all types of flat surfaces, from large industrial building membranes to flat roofs of houses and condos. This photovoltaic system was installed in Aversa (Caserta province) by Ada Costruzioni Srl, using the East-West 3° mounting system. Featuring a range of tilt angles from 3° to 30°, these modular racking systems provide easy and fast installation while ensuring excellent panel stability.

The use of Sun Ballast concrete structures allows for adjusting both the length and the distance between module rows, effectively managing roof obstacles and shading. This design ensures optimal space utilization and delivers high, consistent energy performance. The dual orientation of the panels not only maximizes available space but also extends irradiation hours by balancing energy production throughout the day.

As with all Sun Ballast concrete mounting systems, this installation required no penetration on the roof membrane or building coverage. The pre-installed M8 bushings make the panel fixation process quick and durable. These support structures are specifically designed to distribute loads evenly across the roof, ensuring excellent wind resistance and roof load management, making them suitable for a variety of flat roof types, including pavement, gravel, and green roofs.
