For the construction of a photovoltaic system on a flat condominium roof covered in sheathing, our customer Abclog srl chose our ballasts for the first time.

The system used for this installation was the Connect system with a 10° inclination, resistant to the wind thanks to its lattice structure with the concrete ballasts linked together but also able to maintain a limited load on the roof, distributing the weight evenly over the entire surface.
Another key feature of our systems is that they do not have to be fixed to the surface, which is why they are perfect for use on sheathed roofs like this example. When you don’t have to drill holes, the waterproofing and protective properties of the sheath remain unaltered.

The result is a solid photovoltaic system capable of producing up to 19.5 kWp of renewable energy.
