Commitment to the territory

Education and growth also come through participation in sports. This is why we decided to support IEXS SCHOOL in its IEXS EAGLES sports project, which aims to connect two worlds that still often have trouble finding connection: academics and athletics. The goal is to give children the opportunity to cultivate their passion for sports without considering it an “extracurricular”, but rather making it an integral part of their educational activities.

Arena Team Grassi is a non-profit organization with more than 1,500 members.

The Arena’s activities are focused on sports as well as broader goals: support for mental and physical wellness, solidarity, social inclusion, sharing and cooperation. Through their activities, carried out with the help of specialized technicians, they offer an all-around sports culture.

For Arena Team Grassi, just like for Sun Ballast, sports are a way to train the body and also educate the mind.

Audax is a sports association whose primary goal is the education and training of children and youth through sports. They currently reach 275 children ranging in age from 6 to 15 years old. Its key goal is to become a community reference point for the families of Poviglio.

Sun Ballast has long supported the Audax ping-pong team, which managed to reach the B1 series for the first time this year.

For several years now Sun Ballast has chosen to lend its support to the ASD Sporting Club Sant’Ilario. This association aims not only to train the young footballers of tomorrow in the beautiful game, but also and especially to educate them as human beings.

Sun Ballast has chosen to support this association to help it become a viable alternative to life on the streets.
