Scheduled to take place from 19 to 21 June 2024, Intersolar Europe is Europe’s most important event dedicated to the world of solar energy, and once again this year the Sun Ballast stand will be showcasing a host of innovations.
Today, the photovoltaic sector is one of the main hubs of the energy transition, and technological developments have led to great strides in recent years, both in terms of efficiency and the spread of photovoltaic systems. Sun Ballast – a reference company in the field of PV panel structures on flat roofs – has also experienced great expansion, offering designers, installers and distributors around the world solutions that are always in step with the concrete needs of the market. At the next edition of Intersolar all the novelties for 2024 will be presented, starting with the new structures for large PV panels.
Over 40 models for panels of any size
Since 2012, Sun Ballast has developed more than 40 models of photovoltaic ballast, always focusing on simplicity, construction quality and speed of installation. Constant dialogue with the industry has also been a fundamental resource for the technical department, allowing it to develop solutions that are not only practical and functional, but also compatible with the main market trends and the technical characteristics of the latest generation panels. In fact, the latest structures in the Sun Ballast range have been dedicated precisely to large photovoltaic modules, which today are increasingly popular and not always – during installation ─ easy to handle.
No-Flex, Mono-XL and the new Industrial-XL have therefore been developed to offer even the largest panels simple, solid and safe support systems, simplifying installation operations for both landscape and portrait module laying.
Big news at Intersolar 2024
Presented at the last edition of KEY ─ The Energy Transition Expo, the new Industrial-XL system was dedicated to large panels used mainly in installations on industrial and commercial buildings, and the special characteristics of the concrete ballasts made it an extremely popular solution for designers and installers of PV systems on flat roofs right from the start. The chance of viewing the system live directly at the trade fair in Rimini also made it possible to closely analyse all technical aspects, offering an even more precise overview of the system’s advantages, how it can be used and its possible applications. For this reason, the next Intersolar will be the perfect opportunity to present a brand new system to all our customers and partners: a revolutionary, extremely versatile and ultra-light solution that will make the construction of flat-roof PV systems even simpler, faster and safer.
Sun Ballast will be present in Munich from 19 to 21 June 2024, at stand 219 in Hall A5.
