32.8 kWp
10°°
On the Greek coasts the sun is certainly not lacking, and even in a well-exposed city like Megara (about 40Km from Athens) the East-West system of Sun Ballast represents a highly effective solution: the East-West orientation makes it possible to generate energy electricity throughout the day, from sunrise to sunset, increasing overall exposure time and achieving excellent levels of productivity.
The structures used for this system were supplied by our Greek distributor Green Effect, and thanks to their great simplicity, they made it possible to create this beautiful 32.8 KWp installation mounted on the sheath roof of an industrial building in an extremely short time.
In addition to a decidedly pleasant, clean and professional aesthetic impact, another advantage of the East-West system – here in the 10° version – consists in its high wind resistance, a very important feature especially for systems installed in particularly windy areas such as coastal areas; the opposing positioning of the panels allows in fact to avoid exposure to the so-called “sail effect”, making the system even more stable and at the same time optimizing the available spaces: the distance between the rows of panels is in fact decidedly reduced, and the efficiency it is insured.
