This 20 kWp photovoltaic system on a flat roof was installed by our client Edimpianti in Campobasso. Thanks to the Sun Ballast support structure for solar panels, the installation was completed quickly and professionally.

The Mono-XL 10° system (also available with a 5° tilt) ensures solid and long-lasting support for large panels, and the portrait (long side) mounting guarantees high wind resistance while meeting all the support parameters outlined in the module data sheets. Like all Sun Ballast photovoltaic structures, the Mono-XL system requires no roof penetration or metal components to assemble—simply place the system on the building coverage, lay the panels, and tighten the clamps.

The Mono-XL system also allows free adjustment of both the length and spacing between rows, speeding up the management of roof obstacles and adapting the layout of the system to the building’s characteristics.

To further enhance the stability of the panels, additional 30 kg U-Block weights were placed on the ballasts. These supplemental weights can be easily added to the structure in just a few minutes, significantly increasing the system’s resistance and stability.
