Installed in Wallisellen (Switzerland) by our client Solosolar GmbH, this rooftop photovoltaic system was mounted on a gravel covering. With the Sun Ballast photovoltaic panel ballasts, the installation was completed easily and quickly. The panel support structures require no anchoring holes and can be easily placed on any type of material.

In this case, the installation was done directly on the gravel layer, reducing time, difficulty, and installation costs. The 41 kW system visible in the photo was built using the East-West 15° ballast system: the structures were arranged in opposing rows oriented East-West, minimizing the distance between the panels, optimizing space, and providing excellent resistance to weather conditions.

The East-West system is modular with a wide range of ballast options (from 3° to 30°), is compatible with both U-Block additional weights and the Cablowind system, and makes installation much easier and faster.
